Kathleen

This is an obscure dahlia and I am not sure of the origin or who was the breeder. (It is definitely not Ferncliff Kathleen which I also grow.)  I have seen it suggested that it might be Newakum Kathleen, however I have not been able to confirm that information. In my hot dry summer climate, the color is very pale, however when the weather cools down or if you have a cooler environment, you might see more peach come through in the coloring. Regardless, it is a stunning, fluffy beauty!
